Who we are
Clearwater Nordic Spa is designed as a small‑scale, low‑capacity wellness destination. We are building a space that offers Nordic spa experiences — including sauna, steam, hot and cold therapy — alongside arts‑based and land‑connected programming.
The spa is intentionally not a high‑volume facility. Our goal is to create a calm, comfortable environment that allows guests to slow down and step away from daily pressures, whether for a few hours or a longer retreat.

Lyndsey oversees site operations, maintenance planning, and land‑based programming. His role focuses on practical development, long‑term sustainability, and keeping the spa grounded in its physical setting. (51% Indigenous ownership)
Co‑Founder | Creative Direction & Programming
Cassie leads creative planning, workshop development, and overall experience design at Clearwater Nordic Spa. She brings a background in art, design, and facilitation, with a focus on hands‑on, accessible creative experiences.
Our Story
The idea for Clearwater Nordic Spa grew from a shared interest in wellness, creativity, and the outdoors, and from a desire to build something rooted in the local environment rather than a large commercial operation.
Development is happening in phases to allow time for thoughtful planning, community feedback, and sustainable growth. Each phase of the spa is designed to reflect the surrounding landscape, seasonal rhythms, and the people who use the space.
Clearwater Nordic Spa is intended to be welcoming, practical, and grounded — a place people return to because it feels comfortable and unpretentious.

Clearwater Nordic Spa is Métis‑owned, and Indigenous ownership informs how the business is structured and operated. Cultural connection is approached with care and respect, and is reflected through collaboration with Métis artists, workshop facilitators, and local partners.
The spa aims to support local and Indigenous creators, offer programming that reflects real experience and skill, and operate in a way that contributes positively to the surrounding community.
